adminandClaude Opus 4.6	690d8c8903	Remove 1100+ lines of dead code from TutorialContentDefinitions RegisterAll() had an early return followed by all the original tutorial content definitions — unreachable since the narrative dialogue system replaced them. Remove 1100+ lines of dead code from TutorialContentDefinitions

RegisterAll() had an early return followed by all the original tutorial
content definitions — unreachable since the narrative dialogue system
replaced them. Remove the dead code, keeping only the empty method stub.
